01

Terms

These product terms cover the Baby Blue downloads. Overnight Success / Blue launch partnerships have a separate written scope and agreement before payment.

What you are buying. Baby Blue is a digital product: a markdown seed file, a one-file HTML dashboard, and a one-page checklist, delivered as downloads immediately after purchase. The Release Cycle Kit, when added, is a further markdown document. There is no subscription, no account with us, and no recurring charge of any kind.

What you can do with it. Use it for your own releases and your own act, forever, including any act you are a member of. Modify it, rename the operator, rewrite its rules. It is a tool and it is yours.

What you may not do. Resell it, republish it, or distribute copies to people who have not bought it. If you run releases for other artists as a service and want to use it across a roster, that is a conversation worth having rather than a rule to break; write to us.

What you need to run it. A computer, a folder, and an AI assistant that can read what you paste. It is written for Claude and runs best there, but any capable assistant that reads markdown can run it. That assistant is a separate service with its own account, cost, and terms. We do not resell it and we are not affiliated with it.

What it does not do. It never sends, posts, or publishes anything. It drafts, and a human approves and sends. If a thing left your name on it, you put it there.

Updates. Improvements to the seed are yours at no further cost. We will not remove anything you already downloaded.

02

Refunds

Thirty days, and we mean it. If Baby Blue does not earn its seat in the band, write to us within thirty days of purchase and we refund every penny. No form, no interview, no "what could we have done better" gauntlet.

You keep what it made you. The press release, the scene map, the plan, whatever came out of your sitting: yours. Those are your words and your work. We will never ask for them back and we could not take them if we wanted to, because they live in your folder.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually land within five to ten business days, depending on your bank rather than on us.

Privacy

What stays on your machine

Everything the product makes. The interview, your contacts, your activity log, your dashboard, your press release. Those are plain files in your folder, on your computer. Baby Blue does not operate a separate server for these working files. Material you share with your AI assistant is processed under that provider's terms and privacy policy. If you delete the folder, it is gone, including from us, because we never had it.

What we actually collect

Advertising and analytics

If we run advertising, the pages may carry standard advertising and analytics tags that tell us how many people arrived and how many bought. Those tools are operated by the advertising platforms themselves under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your data, trade it, or hand it to anyone who is not directly involved in delivering what you bought.

Your rights

Write to us and ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will not ask you to justify the request.

Results and claims

The numbers on these pages are a record, not a promise. Every figure we publish comes from one band's real release cycle and is stated exactly as it happened, including the parts that failed. Nineteen published pieces across eleven outlets, no publicist, nothing spent on advertising, from under three thousand monthly listeners. Sixteen national pitches that returned nothing. A show that grossed $1,595 in a 110 seat house.

We do not promise you press, streams, sales, tickets, followers, income, or a career. Nobody honest can. What Baby Blue gives you is the craft of releasing, practiced on your behalf and taught in passing. What you do with it, in your own scene, with your own record, is yours, and the effort is yours too.

Baby Blue is not a substitute for legal, financial, or contractual advice about your music, your rights, or any agreement you are offered.
